We store personal information securely and limit access to those who need it to carry out their roles. Our contact form is processed through Formspree, a secure third-party service that transmits your message to us. Formspree may retain submission data for up to 30 days.
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed. For active clients and volunteers, we retain records for the duration of the relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards. Enquiries submitted through the contact form are kept for up to 12 months.
